kick down cable 727

Just bought a 383 edelbrock carb 66 Satellite 727.. there is no kick down the car only shifts manually ..does anyone have a number for the Lokar cable ...Summit shows 7 different ones .. also can I drive to trans shop shifting manually or will this burn up the trans ..blew my shoulder out or I'd do it but I won't be able to for a month

I believe its KD-2727HT. Comments show a guy used one in a 440 in a pontiac, hooked to a 727.

I used KD-2727HT. Followed the instructions, 20min install, quality parts. The engine and trans were already in the car before installation of the cable. I would buy this product again for other projects. We had to make a simple L bracket for up by the motor though.
