I think she blows away Madonna, cuz she writes all her own music, plays the piano, is a classical pianist and just flat out rocks.
I'm into Rock n Roll but I can't seem to stop watching her perform.

She blows away Brittany Spears in terms of talent.

Classical pianists do not get radio air play and do not get rich.
What to do?
Dress up in freaky costumes,exploit your assests and sing pop tunes.
She is talented and Madonna is one of her biggest inspirations and fan.
Eventually she will show her true gifted talent once she grows out of this wierd phase..
By then her carreer will be firmly established and be able to afford to take a risk throwing out a classical album or two without hurting her carreer,IMO.
Seen her on a daytime show where it was just her and a piano--it blew me away.
Dont care for the glam.

The woman does have the talent to compose her own material,IS a very competent classically-trained pianist,and though I'm not a fan of current music,I've heard enough of hers to know she's written some catchy music. The outfits and sets? Well,do the names Alice Cooper and David Bowie come to mind? How about the New York Dolls,and The Tubes? Parliament/Funkadelic? It's all rock theater. Go farther back to Vaudeville,or Josephine Baker.

Lady GaGa is pure genius with huge talent. She;s marketing herself and she made 100 million alone last year. Better than me in a lifetime.

I think she's fantastic. She can write a hell of a catchy tune, she can sing, and the over-the-top theatrical / glam thing is right up my alley. I despise just about everything that has come out in the last twenty years. Only two exceptions immediately come to mind (though I'm sure I am forgetting a couple of others)...The Darkness, and Lady Gaga.
