I P.M.‘ed you , as per your request , a couple hours ago……

Comments to above :
Mancini Racing , IF they have access to them , use a very high profit margin coefficient…..
Local Parts store will have NO brand that has any access or availability…..

I too have the poly bushings front and back. I have not heard any noises from the rear but my right front lower one has started to squeak some. No idea why since I use the supplied grease on all of them. However, my biggest issue is the noise I get going over a railroad track or bump. It seems way clunkier than the stock rubber bushings provided. I'm considering going back to the stock rubber one since I'm sure they will outlive me.

Hey Dave you may have heard me bitching and whining about my shackle bushings squeaking- my problem was I had them installed without a sleeve between the bushings and the bolts. I fixed that error and no squeak now.
So if you buy the polys get the ones that come with a sleeve and grease the bolt good.

Need to measure the front bushing, 2 different sizes. I would never of thought that.

I tried the poly shackle bushings once. That lasted about 2 months before switching them out for rubber. The added noise when going over bumps was to much for me.
