Leaf Springs Count

I received my leaf springs for my 1970 Bee however, one side has 7 leafs springs while the other has only four. I checked my originals ones and both have five. The car was an original 3.23 open diff however, now it is an 3.55 posi. Can somebody help?

Most of the heavy duty, or high performance suspensions will have 7 and 6 spring sets. 5 and 5 may have been stock on a standard 383 Bee, I'm not sure, but 7 and 4 I haven't heard of before.

My stock 440 rr has 5 full and 2 half leaves on the pass side, and 6 leaves on drivers. Seven (depending on how you count) is normal, four leaves on drivers with seven on the pass side is not correct. Phone call time.
