Lock and Door Handle Clips

I have a 72 satellite and need advice on replacing worn out and broken clips inside the drivers door. I need to replace the interior door handle rod clip, exterior handle door rod clip and door lock rod clip. I couldn't get leverage to replace the lock rod clip, so I had to take the door latch mechanism out.

Anyone out there know where to get the correct size clips? I don't know which of the larger parts suppliers will have the correct sizes. Since I know I will pay dearly for one small plastic clip, I want to make sure it will fit.

I bought a set of clips off of Ebay for a 69 runner. It was complete for both doors. and was about 20 bucks I think.
