Long Ram Linkage

I am looking for the factory linkage for a 1960 Long Ram intake setup. I am installing it on the 440 in my 1928 Chrysler sedan project. I found an intake, but it did not come with any of the linkage. I need the swivel and the linkage rods, but I will take whatever individual pieces I can get my hands on. Below are a couple of pictures of my car with the engine and intake set in place for mock-up.
