Looking for 69 Roadrunner

A buddy of mine is looking for his 69 RR.. Factory B5 blue with blue interior. Post car. 4 spd.. Car was last known about in 1981 in St Louis / St Charles area. He went into the service and his father sold the car. Unfortunately he has no VIN to do a search. Long shot, but I've seen many stories of people reunited with their cars.. Thanks in advance..!

I'm sure we all wish you the best of luck in the endeavor, but without the VIN, you're going a LOT more info to:
1)Find it....and
2)Know that you've actually found it, if-and-when you do

We'd all like to help you/him - anything else about this particular car? ....something that makes it unique?

Here's some fender tag info as a primer for him to fill in more blanks. This car sold ~10 years ago and apparently in California (doubt it was his, but who knows). St Louis built RM21H9G post, E63 D21 383/4sp, monotone B5 B5, B7 vinyl bench interior
