Looking for a valve cover grommet that fits a Wagner Pcv valve.

I have a 70’s 360 LA with stock sheet metal valve covers and stock small sized PCV valve. I want to install a Wagner PCV but the hole in the grommet is to small. Can someone tell me if there is a replacement grommet on the market for factory valve covers that fits the larger Wagner valve? The factory Pcv screams at idle, almost like a belt squeal, but when I pinch the hose the noise goes away. I already own the Wagner left over from my other car, so I might as well use it.
