Looking for Dave Allen or Bryan Miller

I'm looking for either of these guys. I just purchased a 1965 Coronet A990 clone and got some records with it. I have a 2007 receipt for the Hemi engine build from Precision Automotive Machine in Canton, OH sold to Dave Allen. I also have a 2007 invoice for dyno tuning from Performance Engineering in Ross, OH and a 2007 Kentucky vehicle title both issued to Bryan Miller of Union, KY.

If anyone knows either of them I'd appreciate it. No luck on FB. Thanks!

The only Dave Allen I know of is an Irish comedian....probably not a Mopar guy.
