Probably a long shot but I am looking for info on my 73 Roadrunner. I have traced it back to Tn. a few years ago.
It was originally a silver 318 car. Looks like it was painted black awhile ago. The engine has been replaced with a built 440. It is a true Roadrunner with a bench interior.
I know it is a long shot but I have seen a few other pics of it on the internet. Can't find any now.
I bought it from a friend who bought from a guy in Alabama which is were I live.
Here are a couple pics of what it looked like when I got it.

That is a little misleading. I currently own the car and I am looking for anyone that may have some info on it.

You might want to post a VIN as that's the only way to identify it. It's had the hood replaced. I'm guessing from the missing rear wheel trim that it's had a lot of work done to the quarters. I'm kind surprised someone went to the trouble to put a 440 in but not bucket seats.

I noticed what Bruzilla said, its got a 74 hood, and wondering about the body work on the quarters. Also, whats up with the rocker panel molding on the passenger side, I think that is an option, but I have never seen that on roadrunner or satellite. Also, I don't see any roof rail moldings.

I had that side molding on one 1973 Roadrunner. It was the one that also had the 1974 mechanic over-ride button in the engine bay.

Ok Bru here is the VIN RM21G3R171915. I have a title from 1999 from Kingsport tn.. I can not find the guy that is on the title.
As for the hood it is a 74. It looks like maybe a tree limb fell across the front of the hood. Both front fenders show work on top of them. So I figured the hood was too bad to use. I was able to use one of the fenders but had to replace the other one. The car was striped to metal and both lower rear quarters had some rust so they were replaced. Other than that the car was very solid. I do have a set of 73 buckets for it but will leave the bench seats in it because I like it. Don't know any thing about the trim. That is why I am trying to find out more on the car.
I would really like to know more about the motor. It runs very strong and is built nice. Sounds like a big cam with higher compression. I have to run premium fuel or it knocks bad.
The car is now painted and I am in the process of putting it back together.
Here are a few pics of it.
