Looking for machine shop for 440 rebuild

I am looking for a machine shop that specializes in big block Mopar engine rebuilding in the Syracuse or Rochester New York area.
Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings ling102! This is something I would do for myself after moving into new territory or needing first-time motor work.

Drag racing season 2019 is just weeks away. WooHoo! A weekly event quarter mile local drag racing track would be my target to find the largest concentration of people who run Mopar big blocks needing continual engine machining; more of winter refreshing and not so much exploded motors. Those guys/gals will tell you quick which machine shops they fully trust with their big block Mopar and those they stay away from. Just my 2¢.

Something I failed to mention, I would take with me to the track a pocket sized notebook to list names and comments from the people I spoke to. For common courtesy, I would ask that person permission to use them as a referral to their machine shop.

The shop I would choose, I would use my referral's positive comments to pass their praise(s) THICK to that machine shop for some added incentives to do a good job for me. Besides, machine shops want to hear want their regular customers have to say about their service and work out in the public. That would kinda/sorta explain why a stranger off the street would show up out of the blue at their doorstep. Besides, it may help keep the machine work stellar and the price reasonable instead of the the urge for the machine shop to take advantage of your good nature.
