I was forced to downshift to neutral while at freeway speed a short while back with a Cope reverse manual valve body with low band apply and want someone to do a once over to make sure the sprag and everything else looks ok yet. The former shop I used made some suspicious comments last time they rebuilt it for me so I'm not comfortable going back. They also had to readjust line pressure settings when I picked it up because they hadn't thoroughly checked everything. I have a billet drum and all the usual heavy duty parts so I want someone who is really familiar with what it should be set up like. It sits behind my strongly built 526" RB, so it needs to be right.

Any suggestions?

I would recommend Keith Long (727 Specialist) His transmission is behind the 512 in my wife’s Runner (640 lbft). Reverse manual billet and so forth. Works wonderfully! By the way, I suppose you wouldn’t consider him local but you’re a lot closer to him than I am…

Thanks but that is a bit of a haul from my area. I'm looking for someone a little closer.
