Looking for the builder of this 69 Charger

Does anyone know the builder of this car on YouTube titled "Viper Swapped 1968 Dodge Charger: Short Film". The guy who did it is @S.Keola36 on Instagram. Yeah I gotta create an account and all that other crap but I don't want to bother. I figured he be hanging around on this forum.
Anyway, I want that small rear deck wing he built. It's just the right height without getting to ricey and looks functional also. Thanks.

It also gives a email address. Looks like a ricer foil to me.

Nah the official height of a ricer wing is at least 3 feet. It's also non functional and adds 100 hp.
