I don't know why anyone would question this car being a real GTX. LOL Fail!

seriously ? smash it flat with a hammer and then try to restamp it? LMAO

At least he could have put 25 coats of paint on it to match the rest

Even my dog is smarter that that

There must have been a bizzare grinder related accident at the factory, but I SWEAR it's a "real" GTX.

They did leave the next "4 1" 318-2 digits.

There's a car on ebay that says..."...383 car that has been transformed into a real hemi car...

I know the eyes are going but...I see a restamped 23 but I'm not seeing RP or even an attempt at RS. Is this on a car being passed off as a GTX?

Where is the misrepresentation?
No model is stamped. Where is the indication this is supposed to be a GTX?
Is there a link to an ad where this is on a GTX clone?
It's stamped for a hard top. Nothing else. Where is the problem with that?
Where is the proof this wasn't a mistake at the factory?

I'm not seeing the harm or fraud here....

What am I missing?

I'm with 69coronetrt on this one. The seller clearly says the car is a tribute and the full vin for a 318 Belvedere is posted. The tag says 23 as it should and I see no real problem with the car or fender tag. It is a nicely cloned 67 GTX. Where on that tag does it say it's a convertible?

The Ad.

It also say's it's a convertible.

Dumb for not proofreading? - Yes
Not being entirely forthcoming about being a clone/tribute/wanna be? - yes. But is that the first time you've ever seen a little fudging in a car ad? Buyer beware no matter what.
Deceitful? - I'm not seeing it.
