ok guys I’ve got a head scratcher. 68 Super Bee, had to get a replacement set of arms due to mine being stripped. Got a factory set. Yesterday I removed the old bushings, straight forward process. Now 2 of the holes the bushings press into seem to be to big. One forward on one and one rear on the other. The bushings just about will drop in. The others are tight. All mic out pretty consistent. What am I missing?

Just a question, the hole will mic out, did you check the new bushing for size ? Mic the old bushing also and compare to the new. Is the anyway the hole was opened up as you pressed the old bushing out ?

The new bushings actually mic a little larger than the old. But I expected that. The 2 holes in question mic out about 2-3k larger than the bushings if I’m reading it right. They didn’t fight any more than usual coming out. I guess the holes stretched maybe? I reallg can’t thinknof any other explanation.
