Welcome!! she looks like a nice solid driver!! and a one owner car to boot!

any pics of the interior, and engine bay??

How straight does the old girl look!! Amazing, you yanks are so lucky!

Looks like it was the fire chiefs car!

welcome to FBBO from sunny NorCal, cool car, I like the 67 Coronet... what engine ??, what are your plans to do with her ?? good luck

Thanks! It was my grandpas car, who is actually the person who taught me how to work on cars. He bought it brand new and it was always garaged. It's a slant 6, but I like big engines so I am on the hunt for a 440 block. I don't want to change any of the looks, but will be dropping a 440 in, 727 trans, disc brakes/hydroboost, paint and new interior. I'm saving up now so it'll be a while. But for now I'm just gonna cruise it as is til I have the money.

I don't want to have it torn apart and run out of money.

Very wise man and good luck with your search

haha thanks! starting to hunt down parts to build it now. found some pretty good deals i think.

I found a dana 60 rear end for 150$ is that good?

nice car! and yes, on the dana. It might turn out to be for a non b body mopar application. (like a truck), hope it is correct for your coronet. That dana is very cheep if it is correct for your car. look for a pinion snubber above the pinion (yoke) in front. if there isn't one it may be a truck dana. a clay bar kit & some wax and an afternoon and that car will be shinney red! THEY ARE ONLY ORIGONAL ONCE!! LOL think about it before you spend money to paint it.

He has a list of cars that the dana 60 rear end he has will fit and it says 66-70 coronet. I will definitely look for that though.

The paint isn't original already :( My uncle had it painted by some friend who did pretty unimpressive paint work. There are bubbles, and some spots where the paint chipped off and there are some surface rust spots.

Also I think I remember my grandpa telling me the original block cracked so I don't believe it is the original block either.
