I would love to see this guys video with his camera as he defends himself by explaning the law to the judge. Perhaps he would like to see the judge's supervisor?
Then let his camera roll explaning to his jailer what they can and can't do to him.
Next he might be in a cell with bubba explaning all about the history about laws against buggery.

This is why I could never be a cop. I consider myself to have a pretty cool head but I would be beating this dumbass with my nightstick after listening to a few seconds of his bullsh*t. He sounds like he's half lit up anyway and then he's dumb enough to post the video of his stupidity online. It's truly amazing that more of these idiots don't get beatdowns.

just give the LEO your license & reg. proof of ins.
he was pulled over for a legit reason, 40mph in a 30mph zone (50 in a 40)
after that he wouldn't comply after repeated asked to do so...
anything else is just plain spin
he wasn't going to be arrested, he brought that all on himself
such an idiot, no sovereignty at all, stupidity & just a bad decision on his part
I'm sure he was given his rights, to not speak after the arrest I'm sure too...
It could have been just an easy traffic ticket,
he was wrong to completely repeatedly refuse the LEO
attempts to get his information, he may have just got a warning,
who knows...
A lawyer with any brains would tell him to just plead "no contest"...
Take his punishments, he's earned it certainly...
He should have the proverbial book thrown at him IMO

When I was working 69-82 in Los Angeles we had a saying "fun begins when the pursuit ends" mmmm I guess those days are over....brain dead ********, whenever I get pulled over hands on the steering wheel and yes sir no sir...why put yourself in that position...
