Low Deck Project - Seems Like a Deal

This guy local to me is abandoning a project and selling the following for $350:

400 block sonic checked, bored .060" over
400 main caps
New set of KB pistons to match above
440 forged crank nothing done to it yet
400 cast crank
Set of 400 rods
2 727 cores
Pair of new Edelbrock Chrome valve covers
Engine stand

I don't even need another motor project (in fact it will just distract me from things I want to do to my 440) but this seems like a good deal and I've also wanted to build a low deck stroker some day.

Got in touch with the guy and sale is pending. Gotta check those Craigslist ads on a daily basis I guess.

Looks like I'm going to be able to get this project if I want to after all. The first buyer backed out and I got a text saying I'm next in line. I don't really need two 727 cores, so if I can sell those off for something, it will be even cheaper!
