Lower Control Arm Part 82459

Looking at purchasing a set of used LCA Part 82459 for a 66 satellite.
Did these originally come with the sway bar tabs becuase some that I look at have them and some do not.

Where the original sway bar tabs welded on or bolted on?

Appreciate any help

Some cars did have a sway bar, some didn't. Also the sway bar tabs are welded to the lca from the factory.

These look like the LCA have been drilled and the sway bar tabs bolted on.

Looks like they should work ok
