Are 63 - 65 interchangable with '68 - 70
 
Yes. Swaybar mounts are the only real difference. I put a 64 LCA in my 71 e-body...with zero issues.
 
Can you use '68 lower control arms with the sway bar on a 64 .65 B and fanagle the sway bar frame mount?
