Hello guys ! As some of you know I've been battling my 2003 ram 2500's hemi the heads needed work . I looked around and found a company that sold rebuilt heads for a very reasonable price not the cheapest but by far not the most expensive! And to add to the plus column they came with a 3 year warranty unlimited mileage!!!! Great right?
I thought so looked like a good company till they got my money.
Ordered the heads head bolt kit and gasket kit from them cost roughly 730.00 free shipping and free return core shipping. Two weeks later no heads, I called they hung up on me (maybe an accident don't know) I let it slide . Called again they say they can't find my order said I didn't order anything well the receipt so happens to be in my hand .....
Oh OK yeah I see it here in the wrong bin said its already as been filled . No it hasn't... OK I see there here on the shelf I'll get them shipped out asap . No! Please cancel my order I need my truck back asap I'll buy them locally from auto zone for a little more money! OK sir we can do that ..... OK you will see a refund for the full amount in your account with in 5 days.

7 days later no money yet figured maybe the weekend doesn't count I'll give them another day then call.
Today was that day . I went out front to pull my trash cans up and there sits to big boxs!
Mother f ers I said! I called them the girl says I decided to send the heads out express so you got them faster!
After I get done kussing her told her to get me someone in charge . This guy says well it doesn't show here you ever canceled your order . Well no s*** Sherlock your girl decided to not do what I asked! He said well just pay the return shipping I said no this is your problem I'm not loosing money he said well do you want to just keep the heads I'll refund half of the money. No I don't want them !!! I want my money back now! Well ship them back with the return label s for the cores and we will refund the money fully.
These people are nothing but a freaking headache!
You know what's going to happen next right! I'll send them back and they will refuse to refund saying there cores not new heads !

Yeah, WHO? On a side note, I think your 1st problem was calling to cancel. Should have said, "where the F are my heads and why aren't they here?"

Yeah.... call them out by name. That is POOR SERVICE....they screwed up and hoped they could still keep your money. If you paid by credit card, then deny the charges & let Visa/Mastercard deal with it for you.

Did you get another set of heads in the meantime? Or do you just have the set they sent you. In my experience with credit card companies is the sale went through they got the money you got the product. Keep us informed and good luck

I would have taken him up on that, unless you had already bought others.

Sounds like a communication problem in that company for sure.

I agree ,I already pulled my heads and brought them to the local machine shop witch is replacing everything on them for the same money. M s p only replace the broken parts I found out after so one valve spring could be new one could have 200000 miles on it as long as it passes there test there deemed good .I didn't care for that to much . I'm getting new springs valves and guides for the same money. I feel more confident that I will not have any further problems from the heads

What was your origanal problem? I have a 2003 hemi 2500 with over 200k.
