67 dodge where do you check and fill the manual steering box and what do you use for oil. Has to be the bolt on top

There is a filler plug on top. Fill it with John Deer "corn head grease" - quite possibly the only "pourable" grease on the planet.

It would be benficial if you could clean all the old stiff out forst - bit that pretty much requires removal and disassembly.

thank you. it was rebuilt a few years back I just want to check it.

Not close to mine right now, the fill plug is 5/8” 6point head.
