1969 Road Runner Post
383 4-Speed
Original Engine
Original Fender Tag
Original Window Sticker
This is a diamond in the rough runner. It has the original engine but not the transmission. It is a factory 383 4-speed in green on green. This car runs and drives under its own power around the lot. The fender tag matches the Title and hidden body numbers.
The engine still features the original carburetor, exhaust manifolds, air cleaner, and the original radiator is still in place. The engine has been rebuilt at some point based on the paint condition and color of the engine. It runs beautifully, but the carb needs to be rebuilt for the accelerator pump.
All of the frame rails are beautiful and zero rust. It's a heavy undercoat car so the only panels that need replaced are as follows:
Hood
Trunk Lid
Both Quarters
Main Floor.
All other rust issues are resolved with patch work. Even rear crossmember is solid.
This car runs and drives but only around the lot and for loading purposes. It hasn't been on the road for years and needs COMPLETE RESTORATION!
It looks much uglier than it is!!!
