measurement on a '62 needed please...

So, i was looking at getting the AR097 front spring hanger to move my axle back an inch (the 62s are way off center and look odd) and i would like to run a 29 or 30" tire if possible.. Last night i measure from the center of the axle to the front and got 16.5" which seems like alot.. and pretty much 16"+ all around.. I had to make my wheel lips and am curious what the stock measurement would be. Don't need super accurate...
This pick is before i remake the wheel lips and the ESPO springs..
PLUS... the rear shackle angle on these is WTF... it's pretty much at a perfect angle to bind rather than swing, kind of wondering if espo made the rear section too small..
