I have one of those, and a couple other odd ones too!
Also got this one from my FIL after he passed away. He worked at GM in the 40’s/50’s. I was told it was some kind of torque wrench. Maybe it was, you can see numbers etched on it and an adjustment knob. Made by Sunnen Products.
