Michigan Recommendation Mopar Mechanical Expert

Hello,

Can anyone suggest a shop (person) in SE Michigan who has expert knowlege with regards to 1979 727 Automatic transmission.
Have a low mileage 300 that may need a little attention this year. Car is factory original and would like to keep it that way.

I think Bills transmission around ten and gratiot ... haven't been by there in years but in the day they new there mopars.... I'm sure there are others...

Call Tim at Frayleys Transmission in Pontiac.
Just google it for the # Cant post here
He specializes in the 727 been raacing and building them for years.

Not sure where you are in S.E. Michigan, but I had my 727 done by Hi-Tech Transmissions on Grand River in Farmington Hills--ask for Tim or Lou (248-473-5800). Tim and his deceased father raced Mopars for years and he knows his stuff--my trans is behind 535 hp and hasn't had even a slight problem in 3,000 miles.
