Ya know, I had thoughts when I was a younger guy about having this sort of business. Would have been perfect as I was dealing with corporate bullshit despising my job and the skanks I worked with. I’d like to visit this place with someone having more knowledge about what everything is worth…the property, buildings, and then of course seeing what’s actually there for sellable parts. Crushing old-coveted metal like this seems sinful today; but what’s the condition of all the metal sitting out in yard? Trim parts can be a gold mine. Well, I’m too damn old now. Younger dudes, step up and check it out, lol.

The biggest problem could be the city/county or whomever has jurisdiction. You have to find out if they are going to give you a business license. My bet is they want the place gone and change of ownership is perfect timing to shut it down
