Hello. David's the name, and I'm Serious Satellite here. Love my Satty's. Signature pretty much tells it all, three of them in the past thirty five years, and all three are dead...not by my hands, but at the hands of two younger brothers (lesson learned: do not loan your car to relatives) and the third was put down because of a bondo overdose by a former owner (Lesson learned: really look the car over before doling out the cash and yard sale signs do not a trunk extension make).

Looking for a replacement, and now that we're in Georgia, looking for a Southern Satty/Roadrunner with little rust. Really want something bigger than a .318, but dang it, I'd take that now and replace it later.

Ten year Army veteran, 1978 to 1990 (I know that's twelve years, two inactive reserve duty), retired secondary ed teacher, father, husband, and ne'er do well roustabout.

My wife owned a 1973 Roadrunner, Daisy Duke yellow, when she was in high school, and she traded for a yellow and black Hemi Cuda when she was 17, and she's now in love with her little Neon she's had the past ten years. Our next family car is the new Challenger, 2011 coming soon, and she's a Mopar nut too.

So...here I am. Abuse me. :icon_axe:

Serious Satellite,
Welcome to the site. Are you looking for another 73/74 RR?

Yes I am...

Actually looking for a decent SSP for a sleeper car, I'd like to keep it pretty much stock, but with some muscle...the idea of the sleeper car is just a cool thing...

I love the Roadrunners, but I think too many of the Satellites, Satellite Sebrings, and Satellite Sundances, Satellite Sebring Pluses are being cloned...
