His Ebay adds says Farmington Minnesota.

I'd say top dollar for a lot of items, some pretty reasonable. I don't know the fella but I bet you could haggle with him. I believe I saw him last year advertising parts. Just thought I'd throw it out there for another source. You never know when someone is looking for that one of a kind, hard to find part and he might have it.
