I can get mopar performance torsion bars from my local dealer for 150 Canadian
I have a 225 six with no a/c and I'm putting on a overdrive gm transmission. so heavier than the original torqueflight. summit shows the option for b body as
.920 and .960 what would you recommend do I go with the heavier ones or will the front be too high . or is there enough adjustement in the screws

Yes, your added weight is farther towards middle of car. If you really want to go bigger-- .920.

the car right now is soft , so yes shocks but feels like words springs , metal fatigue lazy spring.
i m going to measure the oe ones tomorrow and compare. found this online
im thinking .920 would be fine

Be a baller.
Contact Peter at Bergman Auto Craft. Get a set of their 1.15 torsion bars like I have in my Charger.
The 1.15s are next to the 1.0 bars I took out.
A baller sets the tone. A baller starts trends. A baller paves the way, blazes the trail, establishes the new standard and gets the chicks.
Be a baller.
