My buddy went along to Cecil County Dragway in MD and snapped some photos. He's the same one that took the photo of the R/T along the Susquehanna at dawn.

The car ran a 12.8 @ 113 on street tires with a 4 speed and 3.54 gears. My first time down the track with it!

Great angle. That's a clean R/T. Mean looking - purpose built. Righteous numbers too.

Bad ***. What are your 60 foot times? I bet you were walking a fine launching. Or did it just spin like hell?

First run was a 14.5- and I spun all the way through the 1/8 mile. My 60' on the 12.8 was 2.2 which is pretty slow so I have room for improvement. Thinking about either drag radials or slicks next year.

Another great looking RT! What incredible cars they were in their day. It's such a priviledge to be able to drive on the street and run one in the quarter. I miss the days when b/e bodies roamed the streets looking for camaros and stangs. I can remember when the high school parking lot was filled with them!

Thats a very nice Mopar and it looks sharp ! I race at Cecil County most of the time myself because my brother lives a few miles from the track and I drive my 63 to the track so its nice having his house close in case I break.
Tell us more about your nice Coronet. Whats the combo and all and post some more pics of it ? And with that 113 mph you have high 11 second horsepower if you get good hook. I ran 11.60's at 114 before with my old eng. Ron
