hey guys, starting to tear apart my satellite over the winter. going to do a full floor pan, trunk, extensions, and door jam lock pillars, and then finish the interior. also plan on moving the springs inboard and mini tubbing. here are some pics from this fall, and the interior i am starting to tear apart now. check in for more pics and I'm sure ill have a few questions as i go along. I'm only 19 but am a certified welder and have fabrication experience. also have god family and friends to help me along the way. here are a few pics:

This will make a nice project for you. Very good that you can weld and fabricate. I too have a 68 S. Satty that I have been collecting parts for to make a RR tribute car out of. Yours would make a good GTX if you wanted. Already have the right grill and rear trunk trim. Keep us posted on your progress..............................MO

She's a sweetly of a Satty. I have a 68 GTX and was thinking the same thing as Mo in terms of cloning it to a GTX format. You have most of what you need. She'd make a beauty of how ever you want to do her - keep it a Satty or go GTX. Good luck which ever way you decide.

Check out my thread 69 GTX, I have done the mini tubs & moved springs in. I would also dehump the outer wheel well so you can drop the car over the wheels.
