My 68 Coronet RT project

Well worth the money to find a solid project to start with!!

Cool, nice to see another QQ1 car! Definitely not the same as B5, has some turquoise in it. Very unique color. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

Yes, I was happy to see the QQ1 on my 1968 GTX fender tag for the same reason. Can't wait to see how this Coronet will look when finished.

Yes sir, you can't be in a hurry with this type of work. Once you paint it and it looks like brand new, you will have a hard time putting anything "old" back on the car. Thus you end up restoring every little thing on it. LOL

LOL You are living proof!
Sometimes I get real picky about some spot nobody will ever see once the car is put back together. My wife say, "no ones ever going to see that." I say, "but I see it and know it's there. If I don't fix it now, it will haunt me forever!"

Making some progress, the RT is also getting a new rear panel and outer wheelhouses now my body man told me he could patch them but is smarter to replace them.
