I think the last time I went junkyard In Hawaii was around 1995 or 96. Even then cars only stuck around for about 2 weeks, then they were crushed. Not many junkyards out there though, man!

Only being able to drive them 6 months out of the year...
Ouch ! I may need one for my '65 ???My least favorite thing today was finding out the bellhousing I need for the Hemi costs $1400.00 these days!
You're done for this year. I drove my cars thru almost the entire `23 winter. My stuff is up till next spring. Today's salty mess, did it. That's alright...I have a couple big projects to handle.I drive mine all year long here in Mi, weather permitting. Until they throw salt down for the first time. I have driven one our even a couple cars even on Thanksgiving, Christmas and even New Year's day before while off from work on the holidays since we almost never really even get winters anymore until after the first of the year.
I never really "put them away" for the winter. I just disconnect the batteries and throw the car covers over them. Only takes minutes to bust one out for a cruise.
