Hi, My name is John and I am working on a 1972 Charger S E. 440 with a 727 automatic. I have almost all the parts I need to get it completed. I took it for a short drive this past weekend. I detuned the engine so it will run on pump gas but it is still fast enough to make my heart beat fast. I am in need of some help with the vinyl top and the headliner. I can see how the headliner fastens on each end but I don't understand what holds it on each side, Do I need to steam it when it is in? I will talk about the vinyl top later. Thanks John

Welcome to FBBO You should find all the help your looking for. I haven't put a headliner in myself so can't help you. But I'm sure someone will.

Welcome to the site!
One thing I know for sure is, headliners are a bitch. I've only done a couple, but they suck.
I'm sure somebody on this site will be able to help you out. It's a great bunch of guys on this site, and they are full of knowledge!

John welcome to FBBO forum...
