I have a wheel here I don't know what it is. Any ID would be appreciated ! Thanks for any help.

It takes a 10" wheel cover.

I have seen similar on cars from early 1960s, but cant help identify for sure. I think the extra hole is a leftover from back in the days when Chrysler used lug bolts instead of nuts. I think there may have been some kind of locating dowel on the drums or something. Just my opinion, and worth what you pay for it. LOL

True... but I have 38 Plymouth 5 window and on the original front and rear axles
their were locating dowels then, and also on a 54 Ply too. I can't remember
anything with dowel locating pin(s) in the 60s... but never say never.
 
My 1967 A100 has one pin hole like that in the 15X5 wheels. 1967 B Bodies had one pin hole, 1966 and back had 5 pin holes on them. All take the large poverty caps, not the 9” like a doge red ring p, Plymouth Division, or cop cap with the holes.
 
I wonder if that 65, is 1965.
 
You could be right on the wheel being a 65. But the photo below shows a 65 hubcap.
