NEED HELP figuring out + fixing coolant antifreeze leak might be head gasket not sure

1966 satellite 361 BB with headers and edelbrock intake .

i am having trouble figuring out where exactly the antifreeze is leaking from . it seams to be coming out from the front of the motor . . i dont think its any of the water pump bolts . ( but could be ) where i think it is leaking , or about where i think it is leaking ( see photo , A is where i see it being wet , then appears to go down the side seam where letter B is , the "housing" between water pump and engine block , were the "housing" meets the block , it then goes onto the crank pulley where it squeals when idling , and puddles up on kframe front center . ) , the only thing that makes sense to me is the head gasket , but i am just guessing . i never had this happen before . unfortunately i do not have a pressure tester . sometimes when the car has been sitting for too long . there is a bit of smoke from the headers that slowly burns off . i assume this is another coolant leak from the header bolts . could this somehow make its way just to the front side of the engine ? i was trying to get this through inspection , so i tried silver seal ( a copper version ) and it did not seem to make a difference . the leak stops with the cap off , comes back when cap on . ( under pressure , 13 lb cap , drips about 1 drop per 2-3 seconds under pressure ) also , when cap was off it did seem to foam up a bit , not sure if thats from the silver seal or air coming in somewhere . no coolant in oil ( on the dipstick anyway ) , nothing coming out of tailpipe thats visible . i dont know too much about all of the internals of engines , but is there any way for it to be coming from an INTAKE manifold bolt ? all help is appreciated . someone i know suggested bars leak , though i am reluctant to use it . i did not want to even put the silver seal in it . mainly because i worry about them clogging up other things than the leak . but , what about "water glass" ( sodium silicate ) ? any thoughts ? thanks .

good idea , i am going there now .

UPDATE to above , i am thinking now that it is in fact the water pump bolts , the hidden bottom one i believe . i dried everything off , put chalk around everything and did not believe what i saw next , it actually appeared to be flowing up from the bottom . maybe i'm hallucinating , but looked that way . right up the water pump . i never thought the fan could just blow it up river ! maybe its just late in the day . but i will get the tester and will see after i hook it up .

Try removing the bolts one at a time clean them and put some non hardening gasket maker on them except about a 1/4 inch of threads on the ends put a little never seize... I do all the water jacketed holes this way.... it is a sighn of needing new gaskets

well , its not the bolts either . its the pump itself , coming out the weep hole , onto the bottom bolt area . i forgot about that . does anyone know what would cause coolant to come out there ? bearings ? seals ? both ?

Both water pump bearing and seal. When the bearing goes bad, it wipes out the seal. Leak time.

ok , i replaced the water pump with a newer MOPAR one that a friend had . he said it might be a high flow type . i did not fit as the original . the fan bolts were bottoming out on the pumps housing . on the original , the housing is thinner there and the bolts don't interfere . no big deal though , thick washers between the 4 fan bolts and the fan gave it enough clearence . no more leaks .
