No it is not. 81 and newer ramcharger had the larger hole and the 5 1/2 bolt circle.
Ok Thanks for the correction I am not a 80's truck guy.. But I thought they used a wheel like that on Trucks and Ram Chargers.. Date will tell us.
Here is one that didn't sell but doesn't say what it's off of... Look like it's dated 9-11-87

It looks like a wheel off of a Chrysler New Yorker with wire wheels.
Didn't trucks carry the smaller bolt pattern later on into the early 80's? Just curious...
No. 80 and newer 4x4 all were 5 lug 5 1/2 bolt circle. 2wd did have the smaller pattern.
Ok Yes 2 wheel drive TRUCK was what I was talking about cause I remember using a spare wheel from an early 80's dodge truck for a spare car trailer tire that I got my rust free step side bed from for my 78 step side 4x4 I had......

Just to add to your list.
72-84 (MID YEAR) had 5x4.5 in the D100/D150
84-93 is 5x5.5 in the D100/D150
W's 4X4's like you said where 5x5.5
