Need some fender tag decoding help big time 1968 GTX

I've been struggling to figure out what this car had for options. the tag decoding isn't giving me much.

RS23l8gxxxxxx VIN

Here's the options(little case)
b4 h7

Capital Letters
R1 X2

then for the bottom it reads this:
12345678 AX TRM PNT UBS
95 8 4 s6d ss1 G 6
rs23 83 5 44 823 166773

Is this thing really yellow with a friggin green interior?

I'm getting frustrated since I can't figure it out.

Y2: White Convertible Top Hmmmmmmm. I think it's a hard top. I think he typed X2 indicating tinted windshield

Correct coding for mildings and axle would probably be

1/9= wide sill molding
2/5= drip rail miolding
7/8= wheel lip molding

leaving the stray 4 for the rear axle code A/4 indicating 3.23 open rear end gears in an 8.75 axle.

That is why I asked for a picture of the fender tag. Somethings just don't look right.

But Yellow with Green interior. All I can say is FUGLY!!! and some color changes are in order.
