Need Some Trans Pictures

I've gotten the parts I need to convert my 74 Roadrunner to a console auto car, and I was hoping someone might be able to post some pictures of the shifter and console brackets when installed? Specifically, I need pictures of:

• The locations of each of the console brackets.
• Close ups of all the linkage and how it's installed above the floor pan.
• Close ups of how the linkage connects to the transmission itself.

I'm 'pretty' sure that the set up is the same for 71-74 dodge and Plymouth models.

While that doesn't help you right now, locating the info should be pretty easy...i.e Junkyard finds.

I was out junkyarding Sunday. I found several older B-bodies, and a newer, but the only 71-74s I found were a Satellite and a Charger, both or which were column shift cars.

Here is a 71-73 console. Pic is blurry but if this is it I will try to get better pic. Says satellite.

I got a better picture but this sight wont let me download it right now. I sent you a pm and could e-mail it to you. I will give it a shot. I took that picture like 5 times and that was the best one so far ( the picture is small in the motors book ) . You could see I had to use a flashlight. I will try to get a clearer shot with a slr digital camera I have. That is the only picture in that book but let me check the other books I have. Hang in there.
