Didn't know they were different, I have a 63 Plymouth...

Clusters are different, but I think hoods are the same listed as
part # 8-37-178 for both 1962 Plymouth & Dodge

I know the 62 and 63 Plymouths use the same instrument cluster housings the bezels are slightly different but are interchangeable fit wise, so according to this, both year Dodge's use the same hood as well..
