67 Coronet RT, 727 trans, harness can’t be used as a deciding factor. Would this car have a single wire neutral switch or a combination back up light, 3 pin neutral switch. The trans that I’m currently rebuilding had no wiring going to it and it was a 3 pin, but all the pins were cut off. Thinking they were just using it as a plug.
Thanks Dan

You would of had a single pin switch.

'67 Factory service manual still calls for a single post neutral safety switch. I think '69 was the changeover year to three prong for the back-up lights. HTH, Lefty71

Because the transmission is 50+ years old and might have been modified, check the rooster comb to see which switch to use.

You should post the numbers on the drivers side trans pan rail to find out what year the trans is. As in post #5 the rooster comb dictates which NS you need.

I have the middle rooster comb, case is a 67 vintage. Fran if you have the switch I need tell me how much you need. My shipping address is
