New 2 Door Dodger Charger, Unfortunately An EV.

I have two red pickups which stay in the garage. They are both faded....funny how my black trucks that were mostly outside didn't fade. I'm not a fan of red....actually, red is #1 on my color hate list but both of the trucks just ran too good to pass up. One is a 97 that I bought around 2001 and it was already faded. Another red one is a 96 with a repaint that I got (the truck) 6 years ago and it had a slight shine and I buffed the hood and the front fenders. They still look ok but they are fading again. I like blue and silver but don't mind black either. In 74 I bought a red 67 Dart and buffed the whole car until it looked great. A year later it was back to dull.
I'm not a fan of red either, but I somehow ended up with four of them. Each had a good reason for purchase that overrides the color.
Still have two black cars (or,one and a half). Black and gray 55 Belair 2dr hdtp, and a 49 Plymouth business coupe. NOT buying any more!

Didn't think I would have anymore black trucks (never had a black car.....just several trucks) either but got remarried last August and she came with a 22 black Colorado 4 dr lol

My latest truck, if you can call a Maverick a truck, is blue. Somehow the majority of the time it seems I end up with black late model used cars because I shop by price instead of getting what I really want. This time when I saw all the black trucks I said hell no, filtered by colors I like even if the cost goes up.
The comment on weight and burnouts was answered but even the lighter ICE version is dimensionally a large car. I always felt the last Challenger should have been like 15% smaller. Didn’t stop me from owning two of them tho.
