I got new bearings and collars from Dr Diff, but if the threads look good and the original nuts go on them with no issues, and I can chase all the threads. Should I replace the bolts?
Why no lock nuts?

Thanks!

Rule of thumb:
If your original stuff is in good shape, you do not replace it.

Chasing the threads will remove metal, so no, unless you are using an ARP thread "Restorer". The nuts IIRC are a locking nut style, so no lock washer is required. They can be Marsden (crimped on the top end) or divoted (peened) on the side like OEM Mopar nuts are. Worst case, you can use blue loc-tite.
