Gawd this has been frustrating. I followed the instructions, and used recommended spray adhesive, but so far I cannot seem to get the bumps and ridges in the molded carpet I purchased from 1A Auto to lay flat. I have new Boom Mat underneath to which I applied adhesive before pressing carpet down. I'm hoping the molding product on the back of the carpet will self-flatten as the car warms up, cos it looks like crap right now. Guess I'm posting here in hopes that someone with prior experience installing one of these, can assure me it will eventually lay flat. This is what a Shar-Pei looks like, in case you're wondering.
