Reported today on a minute long MSM video: To remove potential bacterial contamination of your guacamole: rinse/scrub and dry with paper towel.

I thought that everybody does that (wash and rinse the avocados) before making a guacamole, or any other dish made with raw vegetables.

No kidding. Even if you don't eat the skin or rind, it should be washed. How many people have fondled that avocado or melon before it got into your hands.

Wait a minute ......... you're supposed to effectively wash produce that has been exposed to if not directly in contact with the earth, pesticides, manure, working hands, machinery, packaging, pallets, more hands, grocery displays and the general public before you ingest it?
Good thing they made a video, I've been doing it all wrong.
Now if we could only get someone to make a video addressing the injustice of boneless chicken wings!!
