New from Texas

Hey everyone,

I have been visiting this site for a few months now and thought it is time to sign up. My hobby car is a '72 Charger that is similar to the one our family had in the 70's. I also have an unusual '83 Challenger (import) that I've been working on for a year or so. We traded our Honda minvan for a '10 Challenger R/T before Dodge decides not to build them anymore! I've got plenty to keep me busy.

Yes, I am in the FT Hood area. There are still some cool B-bodies around here, don't know who joined or not, though. I am a transplanted Texan, originally from Maryland.

I came to Texas the first time in 61 and went back 'home' because mom didn't like it here. Too hot she said. Well, 2 years later she passed on and dad moved us back to Texas since all of his family lived in the area and we've been here ever since. Went back for a vacation in 69 and haven't been back home since. Home was Massachusetts....
