I purchased the survivor 1969 previously listed here. I am a FCA dealer (and Ford) dealer in Michigan. I can tell you the car I bought is a true survivor in that it's really never been touched. I plan on leaving it in it's original patina and condition as much as possible. Of course a 50 plus year old car requires some items in order to be safe to drive but IMO any car can be restored but few remain in original unadulterated condition. In the early 70's I found a 1969 Road Runner and as a teenager I rebuilt it. I can tell you that the 69 Road Runner I bought in 1974 was not as solid as this GTX is. No restore for me, just preservation. Happy to be here. Hoping to gain knowledge from all you experts. Thanks.

Welcome to the best Mopar site on the web. Is your car that triple green 69?

Welcome from another GTX guy in PA, my third one, also a survivor '69 (except for one repaint) is in your state. You have good taste, nice car.

Welcome aboard Sir, from the middle of the mitten. Need a few more preservation vehicles out there so I have a guide for restoring some of the rust buckets I work on/own/drive. More power to you sir for keeping it as is.
