New guy, shellac

Hello everyone! Came here for some help(advice). Put new seat tracks on my reupholstered 69 super bee seats. They are the manual tracks. While sitting on the seats they work fine, as soon as I get off the seats go all the forward by them self.

Seems like your locking mechanism may not be engaging properly. Perhaps it's missing the spring?
