1964 Plymouth Belvedere 426 street wedge, original engine and trans.
Horse? That's a stallion!!! Congratulations!
Congratulations, I also have a black ‘64 Belvedere 426 4-speed Street Wedge car but mine does not have the original motor.
If anyone can help decode the upper and middle lines of the fender tag it would be greatly appreciated.
Very nice, congratulations !
Man that’s a beauty!
So here is a question to my B Body Brothers, Restore her, drive her as is or turn her into a Petty street legal tribute
Petty car.. that would be cool.
Bottom line: 1227 = Scheduled assembly date 0340 = Production sequence number 322 = 2 dr Hardtop Coupe M1Q = Turquoise Interior LL = Dark Turquoise paint AB 14 = engine code - 426 Street wedge
I vote drive it as is
I think we just did that tag not too long ago. Different paint though They're out there guys! Congrats @Rusty
What a score! Because it's a 426 car I'd leave it alone as is.
These are rare cars. I wouldn't do anything to change it .
This has "YOU SUCK" all over it! Nice score and if you do anything, restore as original. Doing nothing isn't bad, either.
I have the twin to your car.
